Freshman Year: First of Four

You've made it! Freshman year of college is upon you. The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown is your school of choice. Who knows what's in store for you? There's plenty of possibilities in your midst. It's the first week of college courses ever for you. You look on My Pitt to see your class schedule: College Algebra, English Composition, and American Political Process, and that's only today. You look through the doors of each classroom as you walk through Krebs hall, looking for your math class. The class goes slowly, way more slowly then you thought possible.
After math, you go get lunch off campus. You don't know anyone, so you'd be eating alone today anyway. It's pretty lonely at school. None of your high school friends came here.
The last two classes of the day breeze by. You've always been pretty decent at writing and computer classes. You head back to your dorm and turn the key in the lock. You walk in and see your roommate sitting on the other bed. You wave at them, and they wave back before adjusting their headphones. You drop onto your bed, put in your headphones, and fall asleep soon after that.
